Can you hold it together? Can you deal with shakes and dry mouth until December? It’s not 1977, or even 1999. it’s 2015 and you have just a few short months until the premier of Star Wars: The Force Awakens explodes into your local theater.
It’s time to put new batteries in your lightsaber and maybe add some color to your Chewbacca tatoo. The universe is literally about to forever change in ways you cannot begin to imagine. As you gather yourself and prepare for the newest trilogy in the series, there are a multitude of ways you can keep up with what is happening with post-production and build up. Fans at the 2015 Comic-Con International at the San Diego Convention Center were right in the middle of the action as they were indeed, strong with the force.
Fans at San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H were treated to a special look behind the scenes of STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS by Director J.J. Abrams, Producer and Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy and Writer Lawrence Kasdan. The filmmakers were joined on stage by cast members Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford to the surprise and delight of fans.

At the finale of the Hall H presentation, all of the crowd of more than 6,000 fans were all invited to continue the celebration with cast and filmmakers at am unexpected Star Wars Fan Concert. The San Diego Symphony performed the classic Star Wars music from John Williams at the Embarcadero Marina Park South.
